Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 2003 introduced the Code on the protection of personal data. In compliance with the Code, your personal information is used by our organisation according to the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of the privacy and the rights of the subjects whom the information concerns. 2. To this aim, we submit the policy statement pursuant to Art.13 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 2003, and ask for your consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the following purposes: a. To process your enquiries and/or orders and provide you with related information. 3. The provision of your personal information is not compulsory; however, any lack of or any incomplete or incorrect provision of your personal information could prevent us from providing you with the service(s) requested. 4. We generally collect and use general information about you as an existing or potential customer, and it essentially consists of your personal identification details. Should you provide any information which can be classified as sensitive – as per Art.4d of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 2003 – and which, as such, deserves special protection, it will be used by us in accordance with the Data Protection Code. 5. The information will be processed by both/either paper and/or electronic means, in strict compliance with current applicable law on privacy. 6. We want to specify that our organisation takes all necessary measures, both administrative and operational in character, in order to guarantee the security of your information, as per Annex B of Decree 196/2003 – ‘Technical specifications concerning minimum security measures’. 7. Your personal information will be disclosed to the company in charge of managing the online booking system, LINEA WEB GRAFFITI 2000 S.P.A., which will use it in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 2003. In addition to being used by the company employees, your personal information may also be processed by third parties, based in Italy and/or abroad, in order to perform specific activities, or part of them, which they have been assigned by our company and are functional to the provision of the above mentioned services. Any appointed third parties will receive specific operational instructions, with particular reference to the adoption of minimum security measures aimed to guarantee the privacy and security of your information. The above third parties may belong to the following categories: debt collection agencies, accounting agencies, consultancies, building societies, agents and dealers, franchisees, IT companies and content providers. 8. We remind you that you are always entitled to exercise the rights to update, change or delete your information, as per Art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 2003. 9. In order to exercise the above rights, you can address the person in charge of the processing of information.
