As a leading supplier of food and non-food products to the catering industry, Center Catering SpA has 1,500 customers and carries out about 60 thousand deliveries a year.
Covering an area of 7,500sqm, of which 4,200 devoted to warehouses and offices as well as 3,800cbm to cold rooms, the company will relocate to a site of 10,000sqm by 2012, thus covering a total area of 20,000sqm, suitable to accommodate an ever growing business.
Certified to Vision 2000, Center Catering has also been awarded a Certificate of Conformity for marketing organic produce. The company relies on a network of agents, whose expertise and reliability enable them to provide customers with the best advice.

Product range
Our range of products features about 3,000 items from different lines - fresh and frozen meat, fish, frozen food and vegetables, cold cuts, cheese and tinned food. Particular focus is given to the lines of fresh meat and frozen fish. Our suppliers include some of the best-known companies in Italy’s food industry, along with small producers of local food, in particular cheese and cold cuts.
Logistics
Warehousing and stock management are backed by a leading-edge IT system, which allows correct date control and product rotation while ensuring lot traceability.
Distribution is carried out through a fleet of 18 vehicles fitted with temperature controlled systems, in accordance with the applicable law.
